We highly recommend Asim and have nothing but great things to say about our experience! We worked with a few other realtors, but as soon as we we found Asim we knew he was the real deal and everything we were looking for! Honest, professional, reliable with wealth of knowledge and experience! I put honest first because when we found a house we like, they accepted our offer and after the inspection there was some wet corners in the basement. Asim recommended to walk away as it might be costly to do the repairs later on, where some other realtors would’ve just tell you to take it, make their commission and be over with it! He also gave us the best advice not to wait too long and if we see a house we like to go see it and put an offer asap. He was there all the time, available for us any day any time to show us the house we liked. Week later he helped us buy our first family home in Whitby and as new to Canada guided us throughout the process, recommended a mortgage broker and lawyers from within his professional network and for that we will be always grateful to him and his team!
