Durham Region Real Estate Market Report For February 2020

Things are heating up in the Durham Region real estate market! With a slow start to the year, February signalled trends that we’re confident will continue through the spring market. Compared to January 2020, the Region saw a 51.9% lift in sales with 890 transactions overall. New listings continue to hit the market but with relatively low inventory, homes are moving at an average of 14 days faster than the previous month. What does that mean for pricing?
